Brad Watson – CMCA, AMS
Brad Watson has over fifteen years of experience in the residential real estate industry. A founder of Property Management Professionals LLC (“PMP”) in 2008, Brad has assembled one of the most dynamic, diverse and respected teams of management professionals in the industry, serving as the foundation for PMP’s extraordinary success.
Prior to PMP, Brad was the Director of Land Acquisition and Forward Planning for KB HOME, North Los Angeles Division. While there, Brad helped to expand KB Home’s Los Angeles County business to market dominance, generating nearly $500 Million in annual revenues and over 1,200 unit deliveries. Brad was also responsible for working with the California Bureau of Real Estate (“BRE”) to establish Homeowners Associations for new KB HOME communities, which included the creation of Association BRE budgets, drafting Association Governing Documents, including CC&Rs and Bylaws, and holding declarant Board Members positions at new communities. Brad’s forward planning background at a Fortune 100 company provided the foundation for a unique and sophisticated approach to community association management.
A native Californian, Brad attended the University of Southern California where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Brad has served on the Board of Directors of the Building Industry Association (“BIA”) and is an active member of the Community Association Institute (“CAI”), earning designations as a Certified Manager of Community Associations (“CMCA”) and Association Management Specialist (“AMS”).
Brandon Grosh, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Vice President of Community Management
Brandon Grosh has over ten years of experience in the real estate industry. A founding team member at Property Management Professionals LLC (“PMP”), Brandon has worked closely with the firm’s leaders to assemble a dynamic team of industry professionals and help create policies and procedures that differentiate PMP from our competitors to become a respected leader in the Community Management Industry. Brandon currently oversees the Community Management Team servicing North Los Angeles County, Ventura County and Kern County.
Prior to joining PMP, Brandon was the Senior Manager of Escrow and Mortgage at KB Home, North Los Angeles Division. As the head of the Escrow and Mortgage department, Brandon was responsible for management of the company’s sales backlog to ensure all buyers were qualified to purchase and close their homes. Brandon also led the company’s JD Powers customer service goals task force. Over his tenure with KB Home, Brandon served as a declarant director on numerous Homeowners Association Boards, providing valuable experience which aids him in his career in community association management.
Brandon graduated cum lade from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business with an emphasis in Real Estate and Finance.
Vice President of Operations
Sasha Dugandzic has over fifteen years of experience as a leader in accounting and customer service. Sasha joined Property Management Professionals LLC with nearly a decade of experience as a leader in the community association management industry, responsible for the day-to-day operations, including accounting and customer service, for both Valencia Management Group and Crown Property Management. Additionally, Sasha was tasked with overseeing property management responsibilities for a portfolio of commercial properties.
Prior to her work in association management, Sasha spent five years in the telecommunications industry serving various roles including Revenue Assurance Specialist and Customer Service Lead. Sasha also served as the Regional Project Coordinator for four states and was responsible for the oversight of millions of dollars in active cellular projects with some of the largest cellular companies in the United States. The diversity of her roles has allowed Sasha to gain expertise in the complete customer care experience.
A California native, Sasha is both a resident and active member of the Santa Clarita Valley and volunteers her time on several committees for the American Cancer Society and is a member of the North Los Angeles Regional Advisory Board for The Painted Turtle.
Tina Nakamura, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Tina Nakamura has nearly fifteen years of experience in the community association management industry and holds the highest designation in the industry, PCAM. She is actively involved in CAI, Community Associations Institute, for the Greater Los Angeles and Channel Islands Chapters and currently serves as Co-Chair for the Programs Committee in Channel Islands.
Prior to joining Property Management Professionals LLC, Tina served as Senior Community Association Manager for Valencia Management Group, managing the company’s largest portfolio, including master communities comprised of single-family homes and condominium units. Additionally, Tina was responsible for overseeing and mentoring the management staff.
Preceding her career in the community association management industry, Tina gained extensive customer service and management experience as the West Coast Customer Service Manager for Cartier, where she was responsible for the after-care service for all boutiques and service centers ranging from Hawaii to the mid-west. In addition, Tina was an area manager for Universal overseeing the day to day operations of 21 retail stores, as well as managing a staff of over 200 employees.
A California native, Tina graduated from California State University Northridge with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Studies, with a concentration in Speech Communication.
Tracie Manriquez, CMCA, AMS
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT, AUSTIN TEXAS
Tracie Manriquez brings 15 years of experience to her role as the Director of Community Management for Property Management Professionals LLC. (PMP). Prior to joining PMP, Tracie held several senior leadership roles, including Director of Community Management at Professional Community Management (PCM), an Associa Company, and General Manager at Seabreeze Management Company, overseeing many high-end master-planned communities. A natural leader, Tracie oversees PMP Austin and is actively involved in the Community Association Institute (“CAI”) Austin Chapter, serving on both the social and education committees.
Tracie and her family are residents of Georgetown, Texas. In addition to her leadership role at PMP, Tracie is a dedicated wife, loving mother and active member of Moms of Marines (“MoMs”) organization.
Sabrina French, CMCA, AMS, PCAM
Director of Community Management, Ventura
Sabrina French has been in the Community Management Industry for over 10 years and has been a valuable member of PMP’s Management Team since September 2013. Sabrina is responsible for overseeing PMP’s Ventura County Division, which proudly has 100% client retention over the past 10 years. Sabrina is also responsible for mentoring, training, and providing support to Ventura County’s management team, as well as our valuable Board Member clients.
Sabrina has earned her CMCA (Certified Manager of Community Associations), AMS (Association Management Specialist) and her PCAM (Professional Community Association Manager) designations through the Community Association Institute (CAI). Worth noting, the PCAM designation is the association management industry’s highest professional recognition available. Sabrina is also recognized as an industry leader, proudly serving on the 2018-2019
CAI Channel Islands Chapter Board of Directors. Born and raised in Simi Valley, Sabrina graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in Restaurant Management. Sabrina is an active member of the community who has volunteered her time assisting the local animal shelter and neighboring charity organizations.
Division Vice President, Urban
Roger brings with him a strong leadership background from luxury and lifesytle hotel management. He applies the core principles developed in hotels throughout California to directly enhance asset management and service models that directly impact Association residents’ quality of life.
Roger’s experience prior to entering the Association industry includes executive leadership and director roles with The Millennium Biltmore Hotel, Starwood, and Hilton Hotels. Most recently, Roger led the Los Angeles Urban Division as Regional Director for FirstService Residential where his influence directly contributed to the development and enhancement of customized resident service and operational efficiencies to enhance the client experience. His most notable project was the preconstruction and opening operation for the Metropolis LA, a 1550 mixed-use complex spanning over three 40+ story high-rise structures.
Originally from Texas, Roger earned a bachelor’s degree from St. Edward’s University. Roger was an NCAA collegiate athlete, earning several conference and national awards in soccer. Roger is an active member of the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has quickly become recognized as one of the industry’s leaders in professional Association management.
